COCONUT PECAN MARSHMALLOW
SQUARES
 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. coconut-pecan frosting
2 1/2 c. mini marshmallows

Lightly butter a foil lined 9 inch square pan. In a large heavy saucepan melt the chips and milk over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla, frosting mix, and marshmallows. Spread evenly in pan. Chill until firm; then cut into squares. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator.
