STEAK STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. steak, cut in strips
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. olive oil
3/4 c. chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms and broth
1 can mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. burgundy
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 lb. noodles

Roll meat in flour and brown in the hot oil. Remove meat. Add onion, garlic and mushrooms, cook until onions are golden. Add remaining ingredients, cook until thick and bubbly. Return meat and simmer, stirring occasionally for about 1 hour. Serve over noodles.

Serves 6-8.
