ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. 99 (1 oz.)
1/4 c. Kraft, grated (1 oz.) Parmesan cheese
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Kraft shredded natural low moisture part skim Mozzarella cheese

Combine meat, bread crumbs, onion, cheese, eggs and seasonings. Mix lightly. Press mix into 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off drippings. Combine tomato sauce and oregano; pour mixture over meatloaf. Top meatloaf with 1 cup Mozzarella cheese. Continue 30 minutes. Serves 8-10.
