ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
2 lb. ground beef
2 c. soft bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/4 c. (1 oz.) Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese

Combine meat, bread, onions, cheese, eggs and seasoning. Mix lightly. Press mixture into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Pour off fat.

Combine tomato sauce and oregano. Pour mixture over meatloaf. Top meatloaf with 1 cup cheese. Continue baking 30 minutes. 8-10 servings.
