ITALIAN MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. Ragu
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Mix together well: ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/2 cup Ragu, egg, salt and pepper. On waxed paper pat into a rectangular 1/2 inch thick. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Roll up by starting on short side. Lift paper until meat begins to roll tightly. Peel back paper to keep it free; continue lifting and peeling to completely roll. Seal edges and place in loaf pan.

Conventional Oven: Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours covered. Heat remaining Ragu in a saucepan. Pour over meatloaf when done. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Serve.

Microwave: Cook at high for 9 minutes rotating pan after 1/2 the time. Reduce power to medium for 11-14 minutes or until meat looses some of its pink color rotating dish midway. Drain.

Pour remaining Ragu over meat loaf. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Microwave for 2 minutes to heat sauce. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
