VAL'S MILE HIGH CREAM BISCUITS 
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups heavy cream

Preheat oven to 450°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in the cream until soft dough forms, about 30 seconds.

Turn out the dough on a light floured surface and knead briefly about 30 seconds. Shape dough into 3/4-inch thick circle. Cut biscuits with cutter. Place on baking sheet.

Bake at 450°F for 15 minutes until golden brown and a mile high!
