TORTILLAS AND CREAM 
12 corn tortillas
4 fresh tomatoes
1 lg. onion
1/2 c. chopped green chilies
1/2 pt. sour cream
Oil

Heat oil, cook tortillas in oil. Stack and cover to keep soft and warm.

In heavy skillet add oil (2 tablespoons). Add chopped tomatoes, onions and green chilies. Saute until onion are soft, season with salt and pepper to taste. On low heat add sour cream to the above mix and heat. Place tortilla on plate. Add 2 tablespoons vegetable mixture. Add another tortilla, stack at least 3 tortillas with mixture between each. Yummy.
