MICROWAVE DEVILED HAM DIP 
1 c. sour cream
1 can (4 1/2 oz.) deviled ham
2 tbsp. green olives
2 tsp. minced onion
1/8 tsp. pepper

Stir all ingredients together. Insert temperature probe so tip is in center of dip. Cover with plastic wrap, arranging loosely around probe to vent. Attach cable end of probe to receptacle. Microwave on low power to 90 degrees. If oven not equipped with probe, microwave 4 to 5 minutes on low. Stir before serving with crackers.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
