SMOKEY CORN AND POTATO CHOWDER 
1-1/2 cups of milk
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 package smoked sausage (diced)
1 roll hot sausage (optional)
1 can whole potatoes (drained and coarsly chopped)
1 cup shredded smoked cheddar, or smoked gouda cheese

In a skillet, fry rolled sausage as ground sausage.

In a large sauce pan add milk, cream corn, cooked sausages, potatoes, and whole kernel corn.

Heat through, stirring occasionally.

Remove from heat, stir in cheese until fully melted.

Add green onion slivers, if desired.

Makes 4-5 servings.
