ISRAELI VEGETABLE SALAD | |
2 fresh tomatoes 2 fresh green peppers 1 to 2 tbsp. olive oil 2 lg. cucumbers 1/2 sm. onion 1/2 tsp. pepper Dice all vegetables into 1/2 inch cubes or smaller. Put them into a salad bowl. Add the oil and pepper. Let stand at room temperature at least 1/2 hour before serving. Serves approximately 4. |
