7-UP PARTY SALAD 
1 c. 7-Up
1/4 lb. marshmallows (18 lg.)
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 can (14 oz.) crushed pineapple, packed in its own juice, undrained
3/4 c. heavy cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. chopped walnuts

Combine 7-Up and marshmallows in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until marshmallows are melted. Add gelatin, stir until dissolved. Have cheese at room temperature. Slowly add hot mixture to cheese, beating until smooth. Add fruit and nuts. Chill until partially set. Fold in cream which has been whipped and blended with mayonnaise. Pour into a 2 quart mold and chill until set. Makes 12 servings.
