1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. cottage cheese (or more)
1 c. whipped cream
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, chopped
1/2 c. nuts

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Drain pineapple. Add 1/2 cup juice to Jello. Chill until syrupy thick and fold in ingredients. Fill mold.
