MRS. WILKERSON'S TUNA CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
Ritz cracker crumbs
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 can LeSeur peas
1 c. cheddar cheese

Layer cracker crumbs in bottom of a casserole dish. Then layer tuna and drained peas. Cover with crackers. Pour pea juice over mixture. Top with grated cheddar cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until it bubbles (about 30 minutes).
