MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
4 heaping tbsp. powdered sugar
1 c. soft butter
2 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter and sugar together, add flour and nuts and vanilla. Shape into small cookies. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes. Roll in powdered sugar when cool.
