PIG PICKING CAKE 
1 box buttercake mix
2 tbsp. butter, softened
4 eggs
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges & juice
1/2 c. oil

FROSTING:

1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 3/4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip

Mix all ingredients together. Pour batter into 3 greased and floured 8 inch layer pans. Bake at 350 degrees until done. Cool layers before frosting.

Frosting: Mix pineapple and juice with instant pudding. Add Cool Whip, then frost layers. Keep in refrigerator.
