MICROWAVE CARAMEL CORN 
1 c. popcorn
1/4 c. Karo syrup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Air pop or microwave pop the popcorn. Put Karo syrup, brown sugar, salt and butter in 1 quart glass measuring cup. Put in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and cook for 2 more minutes. Add soda and vanilla. Stir added ingredients.

Put popcorn in large brown paper grocery bag. Pour in caramel mixture over popcorn. Mix. Cook in microwave (in paper bag) for 1 1/2 minutes on high. Mix again. Keeps in airtight container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
