BOB'S SALSA | |
2 (16 oz.) cans whole peeled tomatoes 1 can diced green chilies (to taste) 3 green onions, chopped finely 1/4 bunch of cilantro, chopped 1 heaping tbsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Mash tomatoes in bowl then add green chilies; add remaining ingredients. Let set for 1/2 hour. Serve with tortilla chips. Makes about 6 cups. |
