OLIVE WREATH MOLD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Little pimento-stuffed olives
1 c. cream whipped

Dissolve Jello in 1 cup hot water. Add 1 cup pineapple juice and lemon juice. Let Jello stand until thickened. Add all ingredients except olives and whipped cream. Fold in whipped cream. Slice stuffed green olives in bottom of ring mold. Pour in Jello mixture and chill.
