1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. corn syrup
3/4 c. peanut butter
4 c. Special K cereal
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
3 oz. chocolate chips

Bring sugar and corn syrup to a boil. Remove from heat, add peanut butter. Pour over Special K cereal. Press in 13"x9" buttered pan. Melt butterscotch chips and chocolate chips together and spread over cereal mixture. Refrigerate.
