NEVER TELL SALAD 
8 oz. can crushed pineapple
3 oz. pkg. orange gelatin
1 c. water
15 lg. marshmallows
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. whipped topping

Drain pineapple juice into small pan. Add gelatin, water and marshmallows. Cook over medium heat. Pour into bowl or mold. Add pineapple and nuts. Add cottage cheese. Fold in topping. Chill until set. Unmold and serve.
