CARROTS DIJON | |
3/4 lb. carrots 2 tbsp. butter 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard 1-2 tbsp. honey Peel and cut carrots diagonally. Cook in enough water to cover, just until almost done. Drain. Add rest of ingredients. Stir and simmer very slowly for about 5 minutes. Serve warm or cool. |
