DIJON - GLACED CHICKEN 
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. minced ginger
Pam
4 skinned, boned chicken breast halves

Coat pan with Pam. Brush glaze over chicken. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until chicken is done. Uncover and broil chicken 4 inches from heat, 1-2 minutes or until golden.
