OSARK PUDDING (APPLE DESSERT) 
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
3 heaping tbsp. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped or grated apples (little more okay)
1/4 c. nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Bake in a greased casserole or loaf pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
