CHICKEN BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
3 pkgs. frozen broccoli or asparagus
3 cans condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 cooked chicken breasts
1 1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sherry or more
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Arrange broccoli in 9 x 13 inch flat casserole. Cut chicken in large bite sizes and place over broccoli. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and sherry; pour over chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle cheese next, then bread crumbs. Drizzle melted butter over the top. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees about 1 hour until bubbly and hot. Serves 8.
