APRICOT PIE 
1 pkg. dried apricots, cooked & drained
2 cans apricots
2/3 to 1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
5 tbsp. orange juice
1/2 tsp. almond extract

Use your favorite pie crust. Add above mixture. Bake 10 minutes in 450 degree oven then 10 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven.
