APRICOT PIE 
1 can evaporated milk
1 c. Bisquick
3/4 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter (cut into sm. pieces)
1 can apricots, drain syrup

Mix above ingredients in blender in the order listed. Blend on high for 1-3 minutes. Scrape excess Bisquick from sides. Bake in greased pie plate at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
