APRICOT CRUMBLE PIE 
1 c. sugar
4 c. cut-up apricots, peaches, or apples
1 tbsp. lemon juice
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix above ingredients, spread in 9-inch pastry shell.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. butter
2/3 c. sifted flour
1/2 c. sugar

Mix. Sprinkle over fruit. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350 degrees and cook 35 minutes more.
