CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. sugar
2 jars junior carrots (baby food)
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt

Mix well. Pour into jelly roll pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

Soften 1/2 cup butter and 1 (8 ounce) package of cream cheese. Mix with electric mixer. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 3 1/2 to 4 cups powdered sugar.
