CARROT BARS 
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped nuts

FROSTING:

3 oz. cream cheese
6 tbsp. soft butter
2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tsp. milk (more as needed)

Cream oil, eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool. Mix frosting well. Spread on bars.
