CARROT BARS 
4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 jars junior carrots
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. salad oil
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. raisins

Combine ingredients in order given. Bake in a greased 9 x 13 pan for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. butter, softened
3 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine ingredients and spread over bars when cooled.
