CARROT BARS 
Beat 4 eggs. Add 2 cups sugar. Mix in 1 cup salad oil, 2 cups flour and 2 teaspoons baking soda, 1 teaspoon salt and 2 teaspoons cinnamon. Add 3 (4 1/2 ounce) jars baby food carrots. Pour into greased 18 x 10 inch sheet (I use a 10 x 15 inch pan). Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

FROSTING FOR BARS:

3/4 stick butter
8 oz. cream cheese
4 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix well and spread on cooled bars.
