CARROT NUT BARS 
CRUST:

1/2 c. butter
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar

FILLING:

2 beaten eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
2 med. grated carrots
3 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix crust ingredients together like pie crust. Press firmly into 8"x8" cake pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes. Do not brown.

FILLING: Combine all ingredients; mix well. Pour onto cooked crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
