BACON - CHEESE BREAD 
1 frozen bread dough, thawed to room temperature
1/2 lb. fried bacon, crisp and crumble
1 medium onion, sliced
1 bag (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

After bacon is fried, fry onion until tender in bacon drippings; set aside.

Roll out dough rectangle shape. Layer bacon, onion and cheese. Roll up lengthwise; seal edges and ends very, very good.

Place on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve warm.
