CHEESE BACON SNACKS | |
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed 1/3 cup butter, melted 2 cups shredded Cheddar or American cheese 1/2 pound fried bacon, crumbled Preheat oven to 375°F. Let dough rise until almost doubled in size. Press into or roll out to fit a greased 15 x 10-inch pan. Brush with melted butter or vegetable oil. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Cover and let rise in a warm place until light (about 30 minutes). Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Cut into bars and serve while still warm. Submitted by: Georgie Anderson |
