ORANGE - GINGER CARROTS | |
8 med. size carrots 1 tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. cornstarch 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. ginger 1/4 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. butter Cut carrots 1 inch thick. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Drain. Combine next 5 ingredients. Cook over low heat 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add butter and carrots. |
