ANGEL BISCUITS 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1 c. lukewarm water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. cooking oil
2 c. buttermilk
5 c. self rising flour
1 tsp. baking soda

Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water. Add sugar to yeast mixture. Add rest of ingredients in order given, pinch off amount needed. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until brown. (This batter will keep in the refrigerator for one week.)
