CARAMEL PECAN PIE 
1 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter
1 unbaked pie shell
1 1/2 to 2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
2 eggs, beaten
2 tbsp. flour

Combine sugar and flour. Mix well and add butter, eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir well. Pour mixture into pie shells. Sprinkle with pecans. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes or until set.
