ROASTED PUMPKIN SEEDS 
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. water
Pumpkin seeds from a fresh pumpkin

Wash the pumpkin seeds, removing any pumpkin fibers. Soak the seeds in salted water overnight. Drain the seeds and pat them dry with a paper towel. Put the seeds in a shallow baking pan and roast in a 300 degree oven for 20 minutes or until golden. (Check them after 10 minutes.) Crack them open and enjoy!
