SHEPHERD'S PIE (II) | |
1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained 1/8 c. diced onion 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can corn Instant mashed potatoes - prepare according to pkg. instructions - 6 to 8 servings 1 egg, if desired Paprika Mix browned and drained ground beef, onions and mushrooms Place in bottom of casserole dish. Spread mushroom soup over top of beef mixture. Spread corn over soup. Top with potatoes. If desired beat 1 egg into potatoes before adding to casserole. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. |
