1 lb. ground turkey
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 pkgs. instant potatoes
2-3 c. grated cheddar cheese

Brown ground turkey, drain, add soup. Put into casserole dish. Mix the potatoes according to package, put on top of meat. Spread cheese on top and melt.
