CRUNCHY CASSEROLE | |
1 (7 oz.) pkg. uncooked elbow macaroni 1 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. green pepper 1/4 c. chopped pimento 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup 2 c. cubed Colby cheese 1 (3 oz.) can French fried onions Cook macaroni as directed. Brown meat, pour off fat. Stir in green pepper, pimento, soups and cooked macaroni. Turn 1/2 of mixture into greased 2 quart dish. Top with half of cheese and half of onions. Add remaining mixture, top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, top with remaining onions last 5 minutes. 6 servings. |
