TEXAS CHAINSAW BURGER | |
1/3 lb. hamburger 1 slice onion 1 tsp. ketchup 1 tsp. mustard 1 sliced mushroom 1 hamburger bun 1 sliced tomato 1 leaf lettuce 5 pickle chips 1 diced chili pepper 1/4 tsp. garlic powder 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. chili powder (mild) 1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce 1/4 tsp. horseradish Combine garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, Tabasco sauce, hamburger and then shape patty. Next broil the burger for 4 minutes on each side. Then spread the horseradish over the patty. Put the mushroom on top of the horseradish along with the diced chili pepper and then broil for another 2 minutes or until the mushrooms are browned. Remove from the broiler and add the ketchup, mustard, onion, lettuce, tomato, and pickle chips. Next put theee whole thing in between th buns - enjoy. Serves 1. For a different flavor add Cheddar cheese, fried egg, or bacon strips. Or - cut burger in 4 pieces and spread chili on top. Winter Park Lodge 64, F.O.P. |
