TASTY CHICKEN WINGS | |
4 lbs. (about 16) chicken wings 1/3 c. butter 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves 1 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper Cut chicken wings between joints to separate into pieces, rinse and dry. In large skillet or Dutch oven, heat butter until melted. Stir in garlic and cook a few seconds, just until golden, but not browned. Remove from heat, stir in salt, thyme, paprika and pepper. Add chicken wings, toss with mixture, arrange wings in single layer on pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake 25 minutes. Turn and bake 20 to 25 minutes longer or until browned. |
