GRAHAM CRACKER LEMON SALAD 
3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello mix
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water

Mix above ingredients; cool. When thickens, whip. Add 1 cup whipped cream (Cool Whip may be used). Beat 2 egg whites, adding 1/2 cup sugar and beat to a peak. Fold into mixture. Layer crushed graham crackers, alternate 3 or 4 layers.
