LANDLADY'S CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
3 1/2 c. bread flour
1/4 c. melted butter
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. warm milk
2 eggs
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt

Dissolve yeast in warm water; add rest of ingredients using 2 cups flour. Mix until smooth. Add enough of remaining flour to handle easily. Knead on floured board about 5 minutes. Cover and let rise; punch down; roll out to long narrow rectangle 1/4" thick. Brush on 1/2 cup melted butter. Mix and spread on the following:

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. "plumped" raisins

Roll up like jelly roll and slice into 1 1/2" slices. Put into greased pans (makes 2 - 8" square pans, 9 rolls each). Cover and let rise until double, 30 to 60 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. corn syrup
Juice of 1 orange or lemon

Mix and drizzle on top.
