EASY CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 lg. box yellow cake mix
1 tsp. salt
2 or 3 pkgs. dry yeast
5 c. flour
2 1/2 c. warm water

Put water in bowl. Add salt; mix yeast in dry cake mix. Add to water. Mix and add flour; mix well. Let stand 1 hour or until doubled in size. Knead on floured board; roll out flat. Spread with butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Roll like jelly roll; cut 1 inch thick. Put in well greased pan; let rise 2 or 3 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Frost with powdered sugar frosting.
