INSTANT PASTA 
1 package any flavor Ramen Noodles (Chicken or shrimp are delicious)
1/2 tsp. garlic
1 cup milk
1 cup water
1/2 onion
1 tbsp olive oil
Optional fresh vegetables: add any portion to taste
fresh peppers (any color)
spinach
mushrooms
water chestnuts
1 Stalk Celery
broccoli
cauliflower
artichoke
tomato
cucumber

In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of water on low.

In the meantime, cut up any fresh vegetables of your choice that are listed above as optional: Broccoli, cauliflower, onions, spinach, celery, etc; are all a good base.

Sauté vegetables in olive oil. Boil water, add noodles, vegetables, and part of the flavor packet (not too nutritious for a person so leave out some if possible.)

Boil until most of the liquid has boiled off, but not too much. It should be the consistency of a pasta.

Add any seasonings that will compliment it; garlic powder, cayenne pepper, black pepper, roasted garlic, garlic pepper. If you over boil it, which I still do, add a dash of milk.
