SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3-4 squash
2 onions (med.)
Onion or garlic powder
Rice, cooked
3/4 to 1 c. crackers, Ritz (crumbled)
1 block Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 block butter
Salt and pepper

Slice and boil squash and onion until tender. Line bottom of casserole dish with rice. Stir together onion, squash with remaining ingredients. Top with Cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
