SQUASH CASSEROLE 
4 med. squash
1 lb. ground meat
1 c. cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
3 slices wet bread
Dash of garlic salt
Dash of onion salt
1/4 c. bell pepper (if desired)
2 eggs
6 slices of cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil squash until tender, remove from water and blend in blender. Set aside. Brown ground meat, onion, garlic salt, onion salt and bell pepper. Drain off fat and add the wet bread, eggs, cheese, squash and cooked rice. Salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
