FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM 
3 c. crushed strawberries
5 c. sugar
1 pkg. fruit pectin
1 c. water

Add sugar to fruit. Mix well and allow to stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Dissolve the powdered pectin in the water and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Add pectin solution to the fruit and sugar mixture and stir 2 minutes. Ladle into jelly glasses, filling to 1/2 inch below rim. Cover and let stand until jellied (24 to 48 hours). Cover with metal lids and freeze promptly.
